Online Posting Writer / Manager with Nearly Native English Skills

AZA Connect Center, an affiliate of U.S. based World Wide Data Link, Inc., is an international web development company with 22 years of experience and stability since 1995 – currently operating 16 offices around the world in 9 different countries throughout North America, Asia, Europe and South America.

In our Cebu City office we currently have URGENT, immediate openings for an Online Posting Manager / Content Writer who has excellent, nearly NATIVE English skills both spoken and written - and also some experience with online marketing and team management.

This is NOT a virtual, from home position. You MUST be in office daily to interact with our teams of writers, editors, marketing specialists and designers.

    JOB OVERVIEW

  •   Primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate a team of online posting specialists for the posting of unique content in forums, blogs, comment sections, discussion platforms, etc.

  •   Will be required to assist the writing staff in writing and developing extensive new ENGLISH content for the team to post daily as well as assist in writing "on the fly" short content as needed.

  •   Will be required to do some posting themselves to understand the issues, procedures, nuances and problems facing the online posting team.

  •   Will be asked to teach team staff how to "think" about the tasks they are working on to ensure success and not simply work like robots as each individual task involves a thought process.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  •   MUST have excellent, NEARLY NATIVE, English skills and be able to speak and write English fluently and in a conversational manner. Should have a writing background and enjoy writing.

  •   Should have at least 1 to 4 yeas of English content writing and online marketing experience (salary depends upon experience and skill level).

  •   Should have the ability to "think out" problems and issues and find reasons and solutions to problems to ensure that the posting team is working at maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  •   Experience managing a small team of at least 6 to 8 people is a PLUS.

  •   Knowledge of overall SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Social Media Marketing concepts is a PLUS.

  •   Knowledge of American culture, trends, politics and sports is a PLUS.

  •   Should have the ability to work well with a variety of other people, effectively teach and direct people, and also provide leadership by example.

  •   College degree is preferred but not required if your skill level, experience and English is extremely good.

  •   Must be able to start IMMEDIATELY as we have immediate needs.

    JOB BENEFITS

  •   Excellent salary including allowances PLUS BONUS’.

  •   Excellent hours. Our office runs AM and PM shifts (no weekends, no graveyard). This position will likely be a mid-shift position to start of 10 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday.
